So I went to the gym today. I had not been in a week due to grandma getting sick in the middle of the night last week and me being in atl this weekend. I did a couple of miles on the exercycle and 80 crunches on the crunch machine with 70lbs tension. I may pay for the crunches in the morning.

Cool. Hooray for salads!

No exuse not to make your own meatloaf, though. It keeps like all heck and is easy to cook. Cheaper too, and you can portion it yourself, and try making some lower fat options like a barbeque sauce topping. My beloved consultant and I will pout our heads together for a good recipe if you'd like.

This is an interesting case of one where I would not have chosen it myself. I come home and have dinner with the grandfolks and I eat whats there. Grandpa seems obsessed with the odd items he finds at "the cheap store" which is a little independent distressed goods grocer. Basically mainly selling things that never sold well. Think like the food section of big lots. Grandma makes a good meatloaf actually would have been much more preferred. Yeah I love also adding a good barbque sauce to a meatloaf. Yum. As always i do love getting your food thoughts. I still say you should blog recipes and cooking advice as you are good at it.
